Salad recipes: top 7 best

Recipe salad “Olivier”

Good wash unpeeled potatoes and unpeeled carrots. Vegetables put in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on fire, bring to a boil and then continue to cook on low heat for another hour and a half until tender, but not over-cooked. Then remove and allow to cool. Boil eggs in salted water, approximately 8-10 minutes after boiling. Boiled eggs cover with cold water, let cool, after you peel and chop in small cubes. Potato and carrot peel and cut into small cubes. Pickled cucumbers and peeled onions also finely chop. Wash the Apple and peel, cut into small cubes. Boiled sausage or ham cut into the same cubes. Connect in a bowl the carrots, potatoes, eggs, cooked sausage, onions, pickled cucumber and green peas. Pepper and salt, remembering that the salad will fill with mayonnaise. Stir well before serving, season with mayonnaise and give a little brew.

feta cheese or cheese – 200 g,

black olives (pitted) – 100 g

olive oil – 2 tbsp,

the juice of half a lemon,

oregano (oregano), salt, black pepper – to taste.

potatoes – 3 PCs.,

salted herring – 2 PCs.,

Apple – 2 PCs.,

carrots – 3 PCs.,

mayonnaise – 200 g,

Divide and cut into small pieces of herring. Wash and boil until cooked unpeeled carrots, potatoes and beets. Then let them cool. The apples and peel the vegetables and grate on a coarse grater. Grind onions. Hard boil the egg and then grate it on a fine grater. Half of the potatoes to spread on a large dish, then a layer of herring and onions. To grease with mayonnaise. Then add carrots, beets and eggs. Each layer needs a little salt and soak mayonnaise. The last layer put the potatoes and apples. The remaining beets to decorate the top and sides of salad. After all this you need to smooth the surface and again grease with mayonnaise. Two to three hours to put the salad in the fridge.

white wine vinegar – 60 ml

mustard with seeds – 2 tsp

shrimp – 300-400 g,

mayonnaise or sour cream – 200-250 g

salt, dill,

fresh or pickled cucumbers – 1-2 PCs.,

egg (boiled) – 1 PC.

Boil shrimp. Slice extracted from the shell of the meat. Chop the carrots, potatoes and cucumbers thin slices.
